Two piggies blown across a field on the Huff and Puff card

The Story

The big bad wolf wants nothing more than to blow houses down and eat piggies up. Try as he might, he cannot blow down houses made of brick.

All we wanted was a game we could play with our kids. Kids have short attention spans but love stories. Kids like games but (some of them) hate Monopoly. Kids like puzzles but sometimes cannot find the corner pieces.

So you find yourselves at the edge of a very small, very serious construction project: roof, window, walls, door, and one piggy, before the wolf arrives.

Play

A little bit of luck, and a whole lot of building.

On your turn, roll the trowel die and draw. Assemble a five-card house — roof, window, walls, and door — plus one piggy, all the same color. Special cards let you peek, huff, and puff. The first piggy to finish a brick house wins.
